Saint James Church, Fordham is a national historic landmark. As such, we are participating in The Sacred Sites Open House that will be presented by The New York Landmarks Conservancy on May 20 & 21, 2017. On Saturday, May 20 we will host guided tours of our site that will primarily focus on the beautiful stained glass windows in our sanctuary, many of which were manufactured at the Royal Stained Glass Factory at Munich or designed by Tiffany Studios.

If you are interested in leading one of these tours, please email us at saintjamesfordham@gmail.com with the subject line: Sacred Sites Tour Guide. Please include your full name, phone number, email address, and the time(s) you will be able to serve as a tour guide. Tours will begin at the top of each hour from 12-4 p. m. The last tour will begin at 3 p. m. Please feel free to encourage other friends who might be interested in volunteering to sign up! This is a wonderful opportunity to engage with the community by sharing a cultural and historical experience.
